Тема: Видеокарта не нагружена после обновы винды. Фризы Нужна помощь!

Итак, проблема такая. Решил обновить винду и почистить комп. Полностью разобрал системник, все почистил, накатил винду, установил все дрова и поставил прежние настройки видеокарты. Карточка слабенькая но на низких хватает(Geforce GTX 745,цп- I5 4460) Играю я только в CS:GO, и то не часто. В общем запускаю игру и понимаю, что достаточно неприятно фризит картинка. Изначально не понимал что не так. Еще раз обновил винду, на более раннюю версию. Тоже самое. Что я только не попробовал- ничего не помогает. Решил зайти в диспетчер задач во время игры. Вижу видеокарта загружена на 20-30 % и цп на 90-100%. Температура тоже сильно отличается от того, что было.(55-60градусов) Раньше видеокарта могла быть загружена под 90% и быть около 85-90 градусов во время игры. Что делать не знаю. В панели управления nvidia устанавливал все, что рекомендовал гугл. Все тоже самое. ПОМОГИТЕ! в первый раз пишу на форум
